IMPORTANT SETUP ORDER FOR COACHES

  • 01. Create and verify your Coach account first.
  • 02. Immediately create your Organization after verification.
  • 03. Instruct all athletes to create and verify their accounts.
  • 04. Once athletes are verified, create Rosters under your Organization.
  • 05. Complete annual verification payment.
  • 06. Submit your roster to the event before arrival.

BEST PRACTICES FOR COACHES

All coaches and players within the organization must be verified and added to rosters.

When creating rosters use: Team Name + Graduation Class + Identifier (Example: Vipers 2032 Black).

Both athlete and coach must be verified to accept roster invites.

Do not forget to submit your roster to your event: Events tab → Select Event → Submit Roster → Select attending teams.

You can update your roster in real time unless the event operator locks rosters.

We strongly suggest finalizing rosters by Thursday morning prior to your event.

Maximum allotted coaches per roster is 3.

Coaches and players are required to check-in through the app.

When should I send roster invites?

  • Roster invites should only be sent after both coach and athletes are verified. Sending invites before verification may result in invites timing out

  • Yes, unless the event operator locks the roster. We recommend finalizing by Thursday morning prior to the event.

  • Maximum allotted coaches per roster is 3.

  • Yes. All coaches and players are required to check-in through the Athlete Rated app.

  • Coaches verify using a government-issued ID or passport. Fee is $14.99 annually.

  • Review your notes, update your documents, and resubmit.
